How membership works
- One customer account per email. No separate business approval is needed for these purchase-based benefits.
- Only fully paid, discounted merchandise amounts count, using USD values. Shipping, duties, taxes, cancelled purchases and refunded merchandise are excluded.
- Qualifying paid purchases earn benefits on your next order. Your tier can move down when your rolling 90-day purchases fall below the threshold.
- WISE05 gives a further 5% benefit on qualifying Wise payments. Combined savings are approximately 5% for Basic, 6.9% for Silver, 7.85% for Gold and 9.75% for VIP. Discounts are applied sequentially, not added together. Wise payments are marked paid after the full amount is confirmed.
- Separately negotiated quotes are final prices including the Wise benefit and do not receive an additional member discount. Other promotional offers may not combine.
- Discounts apply to regular merchandise prices. Checkout determines the final amount; quantity, currency conversion and cent rounding can affect per-item estimates. Membership is a discount program, not store credit.
