Shipping policy

Order Processing (Handling Time): All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and Korean public holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates:

• Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days.

• Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx/EMS): 3–7 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your local customs processing.

Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight and destination.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Rio TCG is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
