Shipping policy

Order preparation: We generally prepare orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and Korean public holidays. Preorders, large business orders, and exceptional demand can take longer; we will contact you if a material delay is expected.

Shipping services and delivery estimates: Services and charges available for your delivery address are displayed at checkout. Our online checkout currently offers FedEx-calculated shipping services. Delivery times vary by the selected service, destination, and customs clearance. Any estimate is not a guarantee.

Shipping charges: The applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before you place the order.

Customs, duties, and taxes: Applicable duties and import taxes may be collected at checkout or charged on delivery, depending on the destination and shipping arrangement. Amounts collected at checkout appear in your order total. Customs or the carrier may request charges that were not collected at checkout.

Tracking: We send a shipment confirmation with a tracking number after your order is dispatched.
