Refund policy

Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility: Items must be in their original, unopened, and factory-sealed condition (with original shrink-wrap intact). Due to the nature of TCG (Trading Card Game) products, once the product is opened, it is no longer eligible for a return or refund.

Exclusions: Single cards, opened booster packs, and customized bundles are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our facility in South Korea. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. Please provide photos or videos of the unopened package for claim processing.
